Originally from New York, I was a track and field athlete through middle and high school. I graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology. After getting married in 2008, my husband and I moved out to San Diego on a whim and have been here ever since. I have 3 boys, ages 2, 4, and 6. As a super busy mom, I have always had an interest in fitness and nutrition but never the confidence to pursue it. It always seemed like an unreachable goal that just wasn’t meant for regular people like me.
It wasn’t until I lost my father 4 weeks after my last child was born that I finally decided to become the person I wanted to be. Not just for myself but for my family as well. After a year of joining Versatile Fitness, I began training and shortly after obtained my NASM Personal Trainer certification. I truly enjoy making people feel welcome and capable of accomplishing things they never thought they could do.
